Everybody possesses an object that they deem as their security item. Such an object brings a sense of warmth that makes one happy, no matter the circumstances.
Similarly, an adorable mix-breed pooch can’t wait to come home and experience the feel of its favorite mat. Though its fur parents can’t fathom the reason behind the pooch’s attachment to the carpet, they could only be happy that their dog found comfort even in the simplest of things.

In the video, an adorable dog named River lies comfortably on a mat. By the looks of it, the pooch’s enjoying some quiet time on the rug as she gets ready to lie on it.
True enough, River leaned towards her left side to lie down on the mat. However, instead of lying on the rug, River started rolling her body.
To unsuspecting viewers, it looks like River’s merely scratching an itchy portion of her body. But, River’s fur parents know that this is how the dog reacts towards the mat after an outdoor adventure.

River continues with her hilarious movements on the floor, but it seems these aren’t enough to express the joy she feels. The happy pooch then makes growling sounds.
While the pooch’s busy making her commentary, River continues stretching her furry body on the mat. With this combination, one can see how happy this dog is with the way things went.
Finally, it looks like River’s done caressing the mat with her body as she suddenly stops stretching. River then stands up and assumes a sitting position as she faces the camera.
